A/V Notifications Screen¶

The A/V Notifications screen allows you to configure audio and visual notification preferences for incoming contacts and other events.

Accessing This Screen¶

Click the Settings icon (10) in SiX, then select A/V Notifications.

Setting	Description
Incoming Contact Sound	Choose the sound played when a new contact is routed to you.
Volume	Adjust the notification volume.
Visual Notifications	Enable or disable browser-level desktop notifications.
Test	Play a test sound to confirm your audio output is working correctly.
