Disable Agent Consult

The Disable Agent Consult feature allows administrators to remove the ability for agents to perform a warm transfer (consultation) to other agents. When this is enabled, agents will only see the option to perform a blind transfer to other agents, streamlining the transfer process in environments where agent consultation is not required.
