Auto Connect Agent Leg

The Auto Connect Agent Leg feature allows the SiX Agent to automatically connect the agent's phone leg upon login or when it becomes disconnected. This streamlines the agent's workflow by removing the manual step of connecting the phone leg, ensuring they are ready to receive calls as soon as they are in an Available state.

This feature is typically configured in the SiX License Console under the Agent Message Timeouts or specific configuration settings.
