- SiX Version — Found in the Settings panel of SiX
- Browser and Version — e.g., Chrome 124, Edge 122

- Screenshots or Screen Recording — Visual documentation speeds up diagnosis significantly
- Steps to Reproduce — If the issue is consistent, list the exact steps to reproduce it
