No Agent Skills

No Agent Skill action is the default action SiX will take when attempting to transfer to a skill that has no agents logged in.

• VERIFY - Displays an alert in the agent that the skill has no available agents with the option to transfer anyway.
• REJECT - Does not allow transfer.
• ALLOW - Always allows transfer.

The Config button allows for setting skills that do not follow the default setting.
