Conferencing a Call

You can add a third party to an active call to create a conference.

Steps

1. Click CONFERENCE on the Contact Card

The conference panel opens.

2. Search for or Enter the Conference Participant

Select an agent, skill, or enter a phone number for the third party.

3. Click CONFERENCE

SiX dials the third party. You can speak with them before adding them to the call.

4. Click MERGE (or JOIN) to Connect All Parties

All three parties are now connected in a conference call.

5. To Remove a Party

Click the X or Remove button next to the participant's name on the contact card.
