Email Contact View Mode¶
The Email Contact View Mode feature allows administrators to customize the initial presentation of email contacts when they are delivered to an agent. This can include setting the default view to show more of the email thread or focusing the agent's attention on specific fields, depending on the organizational needs.
This feature is part of the overall "Email contact look and feel updates" introduced in version 1.6.14.
Administrator Configuration
Currently, this feature is configured through the SiX License Console or by a Skybox Administrator.
