Task logging automatically creates Salesforce Task records for inbound and outbound contacts, providing a historical record of customer interactions.

Current Status

Currently, the advanced Task Logging feature is configured and maintained by Skybox Communications. A self-service application is currently in development to allow customers to manage their own task logging configurations.
