Ending a Voicemail

Once you have listened to and handled a voicemail, you must discard it to remove it from your interface.

Steps

1. Click DISCARD

Click the DISCARD button on the active voicemail card.

Data Retention

Voicemails are not saved in the SiX Agent interface once they are discarded. Ensure you have captured any necessary information before clicking discard.
