Introduction

Skybox Communications is a Certified Implementation Partner of Nice InContact.

We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. This Privacy Notice describes the Skybox Communications’ policies and practices regarding its collection and use of your personal data, and sets forth your privacy rights. We recognize that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and so we will from time to time update this Privacy Notice as we undertake new personal data practices or adopt new privacy policies.

How we collect and use (process) your personal information

Skybox Communications collects the following types of information when you subscribe to our text messaging service:

  • Mobile Phone Number: We collect your mobile phone number when you opt in to receive text messages from us.
  • Opt-in Records: We keep a record of your consent to receive text messages, including the date and method of opt-in.
  • Message Content: We may collect and store the content of text messages you send to us or receive from us.
  • Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, such as the device type and operating system.

Use of Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you text messages about our products, services, and events.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • Improve our text messaging service and personalize your experience.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Sharing information with third parties

We do not sell personal information to any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not otherwise reveal your personal data to non-Skybox Communications persons or businesses for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) the information is provided to comply with the law (for example, compelled by law enforcement to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or others; (3) the information is provided to our agents, vendors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf; or (4) to address emergencies or acts of God.

Security of your information

Your personal data is stored by the Skybox Communications on the servers of the cloud-based database. Databases are all fully encrypted using the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm. Servers are only accessible via Skybox Communication administrators from with the Skybox network. At no time is personal data transmitted unencrypted or available via the public internet.

Opting Out

You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time. To do so, reply with "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive messages from us.

Children’s data

We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any changes via text message, email, or by posting a notice on our website.

Data storage and retention

Your personal data is stored by the Skybox Communications on the servers of the cloud-based database management services the Skybox Communications engages, located in the United States. The Skybox Communications retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with the Skybox Communications and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Skybox Communications’ own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Skybox Communications’ services. All personal data that Skybox Communications controls may be deleted upon verification of the request.
