Masking a Call

The mask feature allows you to temporarily stop call recording while sensitive information (such as a credit card number) is being entered or spoken.

Steps

1. Click MASK

Recording is paused. The contact's sensitive information is not captured in the recording.

2. Click MASK again to Resume Recording

Recording resumes from where it was paused.
