Softphone Settings Screen¶
The Softphone Settings screen lets you configure your integrated softphone connection within SiX.
Accessing This Screen¶
Click the Settings icon (10) in SiX, then select Softphone Settings.
Options¶
| Setting | Description |

| Microphone | Select the microphone device to use for calls. |
| Speaker | Select the speaker/headset output device. |
| Echo Cancellation | Enable or disable echo cancellation. |
| Noise Suppression | Enable or disable background noise suppression. |
Tip
If you are experiencing audio quality issues, try clicking Test to verify your microphone and speaker selections are correct.
