Recording a Call¶
Depending on your administrator's configuration, calls may be recorded automatically or you may be able to start and stop recording manually.
Steps¶
1. Click RECORD
Recording begins. The recording indicator activates on the contact card.
2. Click RECORD again to Stop Recording
Recording stops. The recording is saved according to your organization's configuration.

Your administrator controls whether recording is available and whether it starts automatically. The Record button may not be visible if your configuration does not permit manual recording control.
