Assign Salesforce Licenses

This section describes how to manage your SiX licenses and assign access to users. For the embedded Salesforce Agent users, the management of licenses is handled in the Installed Packages section in Salesforce.

Configuration Steps

1. Navigate to Installed Packages

From the Setup Menu, navigate to Apps > Packaging > Installed Packages. Selecting the Manage Licenses link next to the SiX for NICE CXone application will enable you to assign user licenses to Salesforce users.

2. Click the Add Licensed Agents Button

The Add Licensed Agents button is at the top right of the Add Licensed Agents section.

3. Select Agents To Add

This pop up will show all users in the Contact Center that do not currently have a license added to their user ID. Narrow down the list by typing in the Search box at the top or filter by Team. Simply hit SELECT ALL button to add everyone.

4. Click Add Members Button

Click the Add Members button to complete the assignment.

5. Remove Users

You can remove users by clicking the unassign licensed agent button.
