Agent Message Timeouts

Agent Message Timeouts allow you to configure how long a particular message will be displayed to an agent in the SiX Agent. By default, all message types appear for 5 seconds before closing. Three types of messages can be configured:

  • MARQUEE - This is a message sent from the call flow.
  • AGENT MESSAGE - This is a message sent from inside the BU Administration page by a manager.
  • QM - This is any automated message sent from QM or WFM.
