Receiving a Consult

When another agent initiates a warm transfer to you, you will receive a consult request before the contact is transferred.

Steps

1. Accept the Consult Request

A consult contact card appears. Click ACCEPT to connect with the transferring agent.

2. Speak with the Transferring Agent

The contact is on hold with the transferring agent while you discuss the situation.

3. Accept or Reject the Transfer

  • Click ACCEPT TRANSFER to take the contact.
  • Click REJECT to decline. The transferring agent retains the contact.
