Off Hours Skill Transfer

When transferring a call to a new skill in the agent, you have the ability to check the Hours Of Operation attached to a skill, as well as if any agents are currently logged in to that skill, prior to performing the transfer.

A skill can be set with the following options:

• Allow: Lets the transfer go through with no interference.
• Verify: Prompts the agent to confirm they want to make the transfer if the skill is closed or if there are no agents logged in to that skill.
• Reject: Rejects the transfer if the skill is closed or if there are no agents logged in to that skill.
