IVR Dial Pad

The IVR Dial Pad is used to input keypad tones (DTMF) during an active call, such as when navigating an external automated phone menu.

Not for Dialing

The IVR dial pad cannot be used to initiate or dial a new call. It is purely for entering keypad tones once a call is already connected.

Steps

1. Click DTMF

Click the DTMF icon on the active call card to open the dial pad.

2. Send Keypad Tones

Click the buttons on the keypad to send the corresponding tones to the connected party.
