Accepting a Callback

Callbacks are delivered to your phone queue similarly to standard inbound calls. When you are available, the system will route the callback to you.

Steps

1. Answer Agent Leg

The SiX Agent will alert you to an incoming callback. Answer your agent leg (phone) to begin the process.

2. Listen for Ringing

Once you answer, the system will automatically dial the customer's number. You will hear the customer's phone ringing.

3. Customer Connection

When the customer answers their phone, the connection is established, and you can begin the conversation.
